You can learn how to make bread from scratch right here, which is an excellent starting point. This quick and simple white bread recipe turns out perfectly golden brown when it's done baking. There's nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked goods drifting through my kitchen while they bake.

In a deep mixing basin, combine the yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar with the hot water; placed away until bubbles appear on the surface—3 tbsp. Of the sugar, salt, and 3 c. of the flour, whisked together. Mix the oil and yeast in a pan; pour into the flour mixture, and whisk until smooth. Add 1/2 cup of the remaining flour at a time till a delicate dough forms.

Using a floured area surface, press the dough till it is elastic and smooth. It should take 8-10 minutes. Please put it in the oiled bowl and loop the coat on the top with cooking oil. 1-1/2 to 2 hours in a warm area, covered until the dough doubled.

Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. Spread lightly floured area on which to roll out dough; divide into two equal parts (see note). Each one should be shaped into a loaf of bread. Fill two greased 9x5-inch loaf pans halfway with batter. Set aside, covered 60-90 mins, or till the dough has doubled in size.

Bake and set temperature at 375° for 30-35 minutes, or till the bread is golden brown and sounds empty when tapped, or until the internal temperature of the loaf reaches 200°. Then, move to wire racks to cool.
